How long will it take for my order to arrive? The Total Delivery Time for your order is calculated from the moment your order is placed until the time you receive it. The diagram below shows how your Total Delivery Time is broken down into two parts, pre-ship processing time and shipping time:
Pre-Ship Processing Time is measured from when you submit your order to when it leaves our warehouse. This time is needed for products that are shipped directly from the manufacturers to our distribution facilities. Manufacturers need this time to fulfil your order and in some cases, custom build the product.
Shipping Time is measured from when your order leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your home or office. Your order will usually be delivered by either Australia Post eParcel or Australian Air Express courier services depending on your location. These services provide a fast and secure delivery method for your order.
