Today, each Global knife is still crafted by hand to extremely high standards in the Yoshikin factory in Niigata, Japan. If you have a Global knife, be sure to maintain its sharpness using a Global knife sharpeners, which have been designed to maintain Global knives' blades at the correct angle.
