I have had these knives for years and swear by them so much so that I bought this set for my daughters engagement. They hold an edge, and a few swipes on a diamond steel after every use prolongs their life. The steel that is supplied although good, doesn't do as good a job as a diamond. The scissors are brilliant for cutting everything from roast chicken to rosemary off the bush...I've even pruned a smal lime tree with them!
Ozhut's service, price and delivery speed are second to none. I paid $50 more from a knife shop when I bought mine 15 years ago.

The Right Tools Make Life Easier. - Review by Megan Savage
Should have bought these sooner, having the right knife for the right job is less labour intensive, why make life hard for yourself hacking through ingredients with the wrong knife! Got this set at the right price from Oz Hut on line. Much cheaper than retail.
I doubt I'll use the sharpener though as I don't really know how it should be done and a mistake may ruin the integrity of the knife. I will take the knives to get sharpened professionally when the time comes. (Posted on 23/04/12)
